Customer service was horrible. I was treated rudely and poor when I went to get a quote for an accident. Was told if they did the quote they would send for the insurance check directly (which I didn't know they couldn't do). When I finally did go get the estimate (for lack of knowing a better place), they initially refused to tell me the estimate first and then sneakily sent the very low quote off to insurance. I did not trust them so had the work done elsewhere and insurance covered quite a bit more than their initial quote. Beware of these Sneaky Snakes!
