Hector provided great customer service during my visit. I didn't feel rushed even though the store was busy. Product was on hand. I am heading back later to get a business phone.
My cell phone froze while covering the hospital for 24 hour shift. Without my phone I will have to try to find different alternative to be available for emergencies none of them good. The team at B mobile Verizon at Worthington Minnesota. Was very responsive. That person who helped me was Jonathan Murillo. I’ve high the highest prices for Jonathan, he was so professional, knowledgeable and responsive to my needs. He’s a star !!!!
The poor guy was alone to tend to more than just a few customers. He handled it like a boss setting up new phones for some, another with a broken device multiple calls. He was most efficient and professional. His time management was something out of this world. Bottom line the guy was awesome!!!!!

I have been to at least five different Verizon stores and have never had a more helpful and professional experience. A gentleman named Hector and serveral other employees were most kind and respectful. I will be attending a workshop on phone usage and this will be my main store from now on
