I love Pizza Hut pizza, but the last two out of three visits there (I carry out my orders), the crust has not been what I ordered on the app. I always get the original pan crust and it's ended up to be the handtossed, which I hate. Yes, I should've checked the order before I left, but I really shouldn't NEED to. Everything is computerized so it's not user error. Should be pretty simple.
Wow do they even look at the food they're delivering? Both pizzas burnt. Asked for extra cheese and got light cheese. There was cheese only on the middle of the pizzas. Wish I could upload pictures I took.
I was visiting town and decided on some pizza. First order was made online. The order never made it to my hotel room. Nobody knocked at my door. we got a call from pizza in Texas. We picked up they told delivery man tried to deliver but nobody came to the door when they knocked. They told me they had to "remake" the pizza and we had to wait an extra 30 min for it to arrive. Second time around we wait 45 min then called about pizza, they told us we missed the delivery man again and that we had to wait another 30 min while they "remake it". That's when we knew they had been lying. We decided to go with pizza ranch instead, much better service with actual results.
Well I had a good time with family and friends and the food was good...thank you
