My friends and I got a coupon from the King Turkey Day Parade and we went into the Worthington store for 2/$5 cookie dough. When we went to pay, we realized we forgot our coupon. I asked if they had anymore I could use in store, and the young woman working at the corner, Madison I believe, said in a very impolite voice, that they did not have any coupons in the store. Then I later learned from a different worker that coupons were available in store. Very disappointed in the customer service.
Pizza was really good! Waiting seemed too long but pizza was well worth it!
I ordered a pizza and the 5-cheese bread and my husband picked it up yesterday evening. He has not ordered from there before so didn't think to look at the order before he left, and unfortunately they instead sent a "mini murph" pizza (in place of the cheese bread) and randomly added tomatoes to our pizza (it was a "standard" pizza they have on their menu)?? The order tag they stuck in with our food was correct, but they did not send/make either item correctly. As we live 30 miles away, by the time he got home, we couldn't change it. I understand it takes a bit to get the kinks worked out of a new place, but I hope they get things standardized and under control quickly!
