It's behind Ground Round Restaurant. I didn't have any problems with being ICEd, but 4 of the 6 parking places allow for 60 minutes of non-electric parking. So if Ground Round gets busy, one might have a problem charging.
Ground round, Hy-Vee, Perkins, McDonald's all right nearby. I've eaten at the ground round and it is what you would expect and I would consider it a good choice.
In the parking lot behind Ground Round, no entrance from the side road. Pull in charger on the end most likely to have snow or ice issues, but was accessible both times were there.
Pretty decent restaurant with free wifi.
