Hotel room was terrible! Super humid in the room! Everything was damp and smelled musty! Mold on bathroom ceiling! Towels were even damp feeling! The sheets in the bed actually stuck to you! Front desk man wasn't friendly at all! Seemed we bugged him when we checked in! There was a pool but it was empty! And charged 5$ per person!!!
Room and bed were just okay. My issue was with the check-in process. We had our rooms booked in advance through our work but were charged again on our own credit cards. At the check-in I asked the receptionist why he needed my card. The answer was not clear and I thought it was for potential damages. In short, the customer service was at rock bottom, we were double charged and "the manager" is never available when we call to ask what happened. Terrible, terrible service....go elsewhere. Oh, and the continental breakfast left a lot to be desired. Why turn the waffle iron on if there is no waffle batter available?
The worst hotel experience I've had yet. I was over charged. The place was run down and in need of many repairs/updates. The ceiling in the pool area ( like the one in the room ) was decaying and falling down. The hot tub was lukewarm at best. The shower in the room was mildewed and dirty. They also did not have the fold away bed for my son as advertised and tried to get me to pay for a second room. I slept on the floor. The night manager was cold and rude. Again this was a horrible experience. DO NOT STAY HERE EVER!! Go across the street to the Comfort Inn.
Only spent one night but it was a good night. bathroom needed to be finished painting and someone had put their fist into the wall in the bedroom. the beds were extremely comfortable it was clean it’s an older building but, I’ve stayed there many times and always enjoyed my stay the restaurant has great food and good people.
I stayed over night 11-14-17. The room had a musty smell, water damage to the wall and ceiling. The bathroom had decay to the ceiling. Both my pillow and room mates pillow had small smeared drops of blood on them. checked for bed bugs but did not find any, however, when we went to the hot tub, we moved a table and about 200 bugs (cockroaches? earwigs? spiders? an assortment?) started to scatter everywhere. We had to jump into the hot tub to escape them. The pool area had damage to the ceiling but the hot tub was hot. Would never stay again.
But would recommend the bar/restaurant! Brad and Nicholas were great!
Bar was good! Good food good drinks friendly bartenders!
The breakfast was just ok! Would not recommend this hotel!
